Nice chilled run up to a ruin which was indeed very ruined.
Lovely to be out and about. Didn't see a soul.
My l shin was hurting for first few km but then subsided as usual

Nice battle with a visitor, which I lost by 10seconds.
Usual pacing challenges.
Nice to get this done and looking forward to next weekend.

Did two mini efforts back downhill and up last climb
quite a nice route would make a great race. ITB coping really well.

In other news also installed pull up bar on doorframe and so far
