Bacon Strip Double
Trails too messy so opted for this instead. Last few miles weren't pretty but i got it done. Mostly just easy jog. Didnt really have anything in the legs to finish strong.

Nice weather so I opted for an outside workout. This workout seems much harder on the treadmill. A 6:15 min/ mi pace on treadmill feels all out where today I’m doing between 6 min/mi and 5:20 min/mi pace and wasn’t totally destroyed afterward. I’m sure it’s just the psychological impact of being outside vs being on the tread.
