I had to stopping walking long before I wanted to because of the pollen in the air. The last couple of days the pollen levels in our area has been extremely high and driving my eyes crazy. It is hard to walk with your eyes watering, itching and just plain bothering you. I hated to give up but I just was not having any fun.

Tuesday May 6

Rest day, my legs are really sore and I felt the need to take a one day break. Back to it tomorrow for sure.

Working on continuing to get my legs in better shape as well as getting some very needed exercise.

shoes: New Balance all-terrian
The course was challenging yellow course which I really enjoyed since I would rather be working on getting back to my age class but was still not up to it from being sick on friday.
