DVO Grangewood Short Green - new area! rides all over the map so it was a bit like being in a maze cutting across between rides and wondering where you'd come out! 7 - 8 poor route choice (-2mins) and slight overshoot and poor route choice again 9 - 10 (-20secs) and slow 11 - 12 (difficult to climb horse jump - 40 secs)) - otherwise OK. Hamstring OK. -3mins overall
