Tuesday Jun 12

walking 1:15:00 [3] *** 5.5 mi (13:37 / mi)
shoes: North Face
Blue Day 2 - a couple of options on the long legs, focused on picking the legs I would precision compass in addition to working backwards from a good attack point. Looking forward to when I'm up to training on this for real.

Sunday Jun 10

walking 30:00 [3]
weight:180lbs
Slept pretty much the rest of the day from after church onwards...and tired Monday, too!

Friday Jun 8

walking 1:15:00 [3] ***
shoes: North Face
Brown Day 2: mostly execution, 7 to 8 right or left (similar leg to other advanced courses on Day 2)

Thursday Jun 7

walking 1:15:00 [3] 5.5 mi (13:37 / mi)
weight:181lbs shoes: North Face

Wednesday Jun 6

walking 1:30:00 [3] *** 6.5 mi (13:50 / mi)
weight:181lbs shoes: North Face
Green Day 1: try 3 to 4 a couple of different ways

Monday Jun 4

walking 30:00 [3] 2.5 mi (11:59 / mi)
shoes: North Face
Walked in briskly, felt some contractions...

Sunday Jun 3

Orienteering 1:25:22 [3] *** 5.4 km (15:49 / km)
ahr:147 max:232 spiked:12/14c weight:180lbs shoes: O2
Tourne County Park Green 5.4 KM

Not bad for 36 weeks - forced to walk a lot of it, hot and muggy and buggy, but good technical orienteering without too much use of trails (would've been more trail legs with Brown or Red, I think). Bobbled 11 and 12 (+3 to 4 mins) due to misreading rock features / vegetation and then having my map folded over and inverting the contours on 12. Felt good to be out, good confidence level.

Friday Jun 1

walking 1:00:00 [3] *** 4.5 mi (13:19 / mi)
weight:181lbs shoes: North Face
