out to dixon did a few hard intervals. took it easy because i don;t want to push it with the foot. felt good. feel like i've got power to burn from being off for so long.

foot s better need to keep up the massage and straching. going to try and do long runs on weekends 5-8 hours and easy weekday runs for a little while then try and ramp back up to hard efforts.

power hike into and out of redwood canyon. with pack so add 15 lbs. made my butt sore, but felt great to move!!!! foot ok.

Over did it last night with stretching and trying to rub foot. Now hurts like it did the first day. Called and made appt. for next mon with foot doc. Same dull ache between big toe and ball of foot on right foot. starting to suck a little...
