Valley loop from lory. 10 min miles out and a lot faster coming back...felt great, wanted to speed up more and more even at the end.

Ride with brad and Scott. Felt good. A little off on some hard downhill rock gardens...took a hard fall. Foot a little sore by the end.

Blue sky TH to towers (summit) then down mill to arthers TH, valley back to Blue sky. Towers in 36:45!! PR for me running or biking.
