1st half of sq 50 course didnt do the flat part from town to A1 did some hill laps at the end up to the university. 2 gels an hour, 16 oz per hr. 1 salt pill per hour. need fat and protein at 4/5 hours. had chips, jerky, gadorade, half banana. went down well late.
run (road) 1:16:00 [4] 10.0 mi (7:36 / mi) +420ft7:19 / mi
started slow and built up to the turn around then just kept a nice clip going all the way home. help back b/c i didn't want to pull a muscle or anything since i don't run like that very much. Could keep running at that pace! 2 bottles water 1 gel 3 e caps.
