Neighborhood run at 10 a.m. or so.

I certainly suffer from some loss of cognitive function at times in orienteering (and in road races, but there it doesn't hurt, and in fact has the benefit of making the time pass faster). I've been assuming it was oxygen-related, but I saw this this morning and now I'm wondering if it's due to dehydraton instead.
