Tempo workout on a flat stretch of U.S. 2 along the river, same course as 2 weeks ago but 4x1 mile this time, around 3 min jog in between. 1-mile times were 7:28, 7:29, 7:26, 7:30. It was fairly warm and humid, 75 with a dew point of 55, full sun with some shade along the wide shoulders. Also I didn't finish with the jog back up the hill. I drove down and parked instead. 6 miles was enough.
