I misplaced my chest strap, so the HR information is from the wrist sensor on the watch. I believe that the resting HR information from the watch is pretty good on average, although it has way too much variability. But, on my arm anyway, the watch simply can't figure out what's going on when I'm running, I figure this probably has to do with my particular physiology. What exactly, I have no idea.
