Drove from Maryland to Maine, 10.5 hours. Arrived at the cabin in time for dinner with the parents. Afterwards, a little trip in the kayak. A lovely evening, temp. around 60.

With 6 strides at the end. Also I used a chest strap heart rate monitor. It seems to be a a little smoother than the one on the wrist.

Pretty bad GPS track this time. Garmin pushed a gps software update last night. I wonder if it's connected.

I started the Seneca Greenway from Watkins Mill, but I couldn't get moving. Tired and slow. I got to Brink Rd. but wasn't sure there was a continuation north (apparently there is).

Took off yesterday after the rogaine. I felt great today, and ran a good training pace for the first time in a month or so.
