Green course at Rosaryville, with Lido. The map updates were good, and overdue. I made some unforced errors, but kept up reasonably good speed for a dog-accompanied run.

My feet must have been listening to PeggyD, because I got blisters on the heels from the new shoes. This is about my 4th pair of Spirit OLXs, and I've never had that problem before.
