Rock Creek loop again. Maybe a little faster, it's hard to tell because the various red lights are hit-or-miss. Looks like just over 3 minutes per mile on the open road.

I shouldn't have run yesterday. Although the ankle didn't hurt, it got swollen up pretty badly after the run. It looked normal this morning, and wanting some kind of exercise I got out the bike for the first time in a while, pumped up the tires, and rode a 9-mile loop on Beach Drive along Rock Creek.
