Went up the back of Haldon for a run. Took in a lot of terrain so really good. However couldn't find the path through the middle that I normally take (think it was overgrown), so had to take a fairly random route back. Worked though and pleased to run for an hour.

Cycled out to Ottery to a bbq at Ali's. Pleased to be feeling good on a Saturday. Good ride, got really tired at one point, but then turns out that whole section was a fairly decent climb (hadn't realised). Took mtb to save wrist. Pretty hot out. Disappointed it wasn't further but still good training.
Swimming tempo (Uni Pool) 25:00 [4] 1.1 km (22:44 / km)
Went to uni pool to test wrist (and pool) was full, so had to come back later. Still pretty busy and running out of time, but managed to do 10w/u then 32 crawl. A bit sloppy and slow and wrist hurt a lot but otherwise ok
