Lap of the moor above Blackton Grange. Achilles getting a little sore but running fairly well. Left hip not too bad. 20 mins to the wall (same as yesterday), 34 by the next wall, 39:30 crossing wall heading north, 50:30 at the road, 57:00 at the turn to the Pennine Way, and 62 back at the Grange.

Run with Duncan! Bit of a burn up, nice to test out a bit more speed stamina. Left glute still getting very painful with not much running, but Achilles not too bad today.
