Bouldering at DCC. Being very careful with right elbow, taped lightly just above the joint, climbing well, good footwork.

Tried a gentle jog around the flat fields behind the house, agony within a minute on hard ground, not possible to run on tarmac uphill, did manage to jog gently round the grass field. Seems to be something seriously wrong with right Achilles that is not improving, has been bad since early-to-mid July.
