O at Errington. Good course. Very hilly.

Have included walk in/out to Eagle Crag, Grizedale. Nice climbing, get very windy and cold later in the day, and left shoulder incredibly painful. Think it is largely due to the rope work. In agony all evening. Climbing ok, made it steadily through a sketchy HVS.

Sunderland. Tried the white 7a+ on top rope. Two rests but got all the moves first time. Quite good. Then did a 6b and a 6c to the left, had to use a lot of cunning on the latter. Left shoulder getting painful, but somehow I can find ways around this on these routes.
