Run with Duncan up to High Shincliffe and across into the top of Croxdale. Quite a decent speed on the flat but pretty tough on the muddy sections and uphill. Left hip a little sore from yesterday.

Reverse run to Hallgarth and Sherburn Hill. Good surface out, very muddy on the way back. Felt comfortable with the speed and distance.
