Aykley Heads score. Lost a few minutes trying to get GPS to pick up several of the controls. Feeling very sluggish but at least calves held up ok.

Score ride round West Durham, quite a few very muddy (illegal) paths, really struggled to life my bike over stiles and fences, crashed when front tyre went into deep puddles and something smashed into my left knee. Quite frustrating.

Careful two-hill jog. Calves ok.

Steady jog round the river with Jenny. Going very easy on my calf.

Lap of field, down hill, along track, up hill, round top loop. Nice and steady, still testing the calf out. Ice gone, field muddy, elsewhere not too bad.
