The usual Ashtanga primary series.

Strength & conditioning 25:00 [3]

Weights to warm up then:
Assisted pulls up with band x 20 (4 x 5)
Press ups x 30 (10 normal. 10 high feet. 10 wide)
One arm push-ups against wall x 5 each side.
