Another fun midweek girls run this time with Jenny and Lucy. Scout Scar link up with Sizergh Castle and bridges. Really good...should have done it before really.

Seven routes with Lucy and lots of natter: 5, 6a, 6a+, 6b+, 6b, 6c, 6c. Got onto the top wall of steep 6b+ but was too boxed to finish it without a rest. Next time. Tried out the two 6cs just bottom section of main wall ready for next power endurance reps.

HPM recce from Cut Throat Bridge to Snake Top with Kat. Great day for it. Sunny and clear with chilly wind. Found some good bogs to fall in. Left leg didn't give me any problems. Looking forward to the race now.
