Climbing 4:30:00 [2]

Woke up with whiplash from my fall yesterday! Felt pretty sore all over actually but it was sunny and I dragged myself out climbing with Lucy. Two easy routes at Raven, Langdale: Holly Tree Direct (HVS) and Mendes Wall (VS). Perfect conditions and lovely to be out climbing. Bushed afterwards.

Langdale Horseshoe fell race. Fun day out with the Helm girls. Gorgeous day and was warm in my vest. No need to navigate. Felt great until Esk Hause then started to slow down. After the "bad step" started to cramp and realised I hadn't put any salts in my water. Not the day to forget that. Endured 90 mins of cramp all the way back and just about managed to keep shuffling. Fell down once and took about a minute to stand up again! Pretty broken at finish but OK once I had sandwich, crisps and a pint inside me.

Regents Park various loops with 10 press-ups after each km. Did not stop watch so was always trying to catch up pace.

70 press-ups during my run (40 knees/30 full)

Jog to Hyde Park and back. Slower on the way back because I was cold!

Chilly swim in the Serpentine! First time in any of the London lidos.
