Very easy bouldering session with Shane. Both of us complaining about shoulder injuries. Hopefully not too much after my session at home yesterday.

Weights to warm up then:
Assisted pulls up with band x 20 (4 x 5)
Press ups x 30 (10 normal. 10 high feet. 10 wide)
One arm push-ups against wall x 5 each side.

Borrowdale fell race route for a long training run. What a route! Took it steady and enjoyed it. Never done corridor route before so that was nice. Last climb up Dale Head was worth it for the amazing autumn colours and Rowan berries on the way down. Feel much more confident about next weekend after that.
