Fort Augustus to Roy Bridge with Shane to recce the new Skyline Scotland ultra for 2017. Good trails in remote places. Saw nobody until the last km. ITB started tightening up after 30 km so had to slow down despite easier running on long road down Glen Roy. Awesome day out. Taxi back to FA. Treated ourselves to hostel room and pub meal. In bed by 9!

Climbing 2:00:00 [3]

Five long routes up to 6b+ with Shane. His new Monday climbing regime! Three routes on main wall back to back felt hard and I took three rests on the 6b+. Tried to do some on autobelay after but we were done in.
