Snowshoeing at Forbidden Plateau near Cumberland. Abandoned ski area with lifts and chairs still in situ. Tricky nav on forest covered hills with 1:50,000 map. Practised timed transceiver searches for buried rucksack. Sunset reflected pink over the coast mountains.
