Trail run with Shane from Skelwith Bridge - Hodge Close - Holme Fell - Tarn Hows - Latterbarrow - Belle Grange - SB. Good to be down low today and I really enjoyed this. Lunch in RG after.

Wall session with Shane after a relaxing start to the day. Lots of new routes to enjoy: 5+, 6b, 6b+, 6b+, 6a. Then after a break steep 6b and had a go at steep bridgy 7a with rests - did better than expected but top panel hard. Warm down autobelay.

Friday night full moon adventure with Shane and Charlie. From Charlie's up to Red Tarn and took an easy gully to the summit of Helvellyn using one axe and Kahtoolas. Striding Edge and down via Birkhouse Moor. Very cold wind. Glad to have my new goggles. Awesome fun!

One mile rep on the Sedbergh hill with Shane. First time I have done that. Good alternative to Helm.

Found two routes on the routing roof about 6b/c. Did five reps each then one up/down to finish. Good practice for steep wall downstairs. Not very imaginative!
