Gorgeous sunny autumnal afternoon at Froggatt with Mia and team Heason. We did three HVS (I led one) and enjoyed the social. So good to rock climb again.

Pull-ups with Mia including shrugs and offsets, which I have never done before. Then core two sets 10 each: leg raises, crunches, crunch left, crunch right, leg extensions, leg scissors.
SS (3A, 3B) and primary series standing postures and some seated. Good progress with my wrist the last few weeks. Not perfect but am closing the injury.
