Pretty good session for both of us considering how cold the wall was. Four warm up routes. Then did the wasp 6c (3rd attempt). Shane onsighted 7a, which made me want a go but it was too hard for me. Steep 6b and two more routes to finish.

Greyhound reps with Shane: one steady and one fast (06:50). Wet and foggy. Shane did a third but I couldn't muster any more energy. Still paying for Wednesday.

First ever mini ski tour in the Lakes with Shane after investing in my own kit this week. We skinned up from Dockray to Randerside (just below Great Dodd) and skied back down the same way. Just about enough snow. Stunning day.

Helm Hill: first ever session with the fast group. Long reps (0.8 miles each) on the road between Asda and Lucy's house. Hard session. I was at the back every time! I managed 4/5 reps and felt sore jogging home.

Bouldering with Shane and Hugh. Very nearly a clean sweep on the new yellow circuit (V2-3) so I need to try harder next time.
