Wander around Brockholes while Shane went orienteering. I have developed a sore right foot (top) in the last week or so. Not sure why or how. Possibly extensor tendinitis.

Climbing 2:30:00 [3]

Routes with Shane in between coats of paint. Seven routes up to 6c, one onsight and one with a rest. Fortunately climbing doesn't hurt my foot. Five on autobelay to finish.

Warmed up and tried some greens (V5-7) with Shane and Gavin. I only managed to do three but it was fun trying. Then gave up and went to do one of the comp problems. Fell off badly and landed on my back with teeth and neck jarring. That was enough for the evening!
