Happy to fit in routes after another day of mostly work. 15 routes up to 6b+ including 10 autobelays and five with Ed and Giles. No stress movement, endurance and relaxation.

YWA Journey day 30. The final session was silent, which was harder to follow but a nice way to end the journey. It has been good to focus on different aspects of yoga and more regular practice (I did 22/30 sessions).
