Attempted Dome de Pramecou using the chairlift to Col des Ves. Unfortunately the conditions were too icy. Scary technical skinning across icy slopes is not my thing!

Epic long day ski touring from Tignes Val Claret to Pointe de la Sana (3000m col below the summit). Lots of skinning and three big ascents. Absolutely exhausting and I was so proud and amazed that I had skied to that place.

First day ski touring and my best ever. Perfect weather and fresh powder. Skinned from the door in Tignes over to Col du Palet (using the top lift only) and down into Plan de Janin. Lunch at Col de la Grassaz and easy skiing down the same way. Stopped at the refuge to see Chris, Muir and the kids. I skied back to the resort alone, while Shane went for an extra leg with Muir.
