running hills 30:00 [5]

Ball Lane hills x 6: paces = 86, 88, 88, then tried pushing harder in middle section and did 83, 80, 79. Hard to get breath back at top each time, but heart wasn't racing. Like yesterday at the evening event. Could be effect of very warm weather? Will start taking vit C just in case it's not.

Summer Evening Series at Bloom Wood. Ran the B course. Nice event. I was slow to start, as usual, then picked it up. Very warm, 26 degrees.

Run on the Ridgeway with Anne :-) From Wendover village, following the route of leg 2 of the Ridgeway Relay as far as the bottom of the very last steep ascent, which we didn't plan to do. Cold, dull weather. Felt better than on any previous runs here, although some of this will have been down to the cooler weather on this occasion.
