Took the pace down, and made it a hill work out - increasing the incline 0.5% every minute for 30 minutes - hitting 15% Add in a 5 minute warm up and warm down and it was a good little work-out

Great to get back on the slopes.

Was on the hill for almost 8 hours but only going to log 2 - as really - most was spent in lift lines.

Got in an hour of hill climbing and spiess and other drills at the beginning, but then taught for the rest of the day and between the line ups and visibility it was a lot more standing then skiing ... still better then being in the office.
