Legs are feeling pretty bad, fell race has killed my calves and hamstrings, resting today and will stretch every now and then to try loosen them a bit. Still ill, not 100% shifted, think i will do without any training today.

Just Stretching throughout the day to ensure muscles were not too bad in the morning :)

Felt awfully unfit, still have not stifted this illness and was in pain from my run the day before. Need to ease back into the training as i seemed to have lost fitness badly. Need to keep taking my medicine as i need to get rid off this. All in all though i enoughed the race as it was all snowy :) but didnt enjoy struggling to keep up. I came 17th which isnt bad but was disappointing for me.

To work and back, decent distance at as fast/safe a speed possible. On Mountain Bike not really suited for roads. Slept in this morning as i had time to waste to to working overtime at work.

Walking across site is a long way ;) may as well make use of it and speed walk as a bit of exercise :P

Get out for a run before my driving lesson, have worked out a new route see how far it is, shouldnt be that long at all tbh. Down some smaller back lanes so will have to take care.

New route was good fun and interesting can easily add distance to it and will have to as that wasnt far enough. Didnt feel great as i was struggling, will see how tomorrow goes but i was aching a little.

Never went due to weather conditions and decided to do a proper Core Session and my back and Calve streches ;)

Have not updated this in a while due to me being rather ill and unable to train, am now getting well enough to start training again. Hoping that the week off will of given my body time to rest and get ready for the new season ahead time to kick into gear and pull my finger out.
7 AM

Yet again to work and home, fast/safe a possible, going to Physio at 4:40pm for some strectching and a massage, then after that will be doing my first real training session, unsure on what i am doing yet though. Weather dependent will do Bike or go for a Run.
5 PM

Mixture of Physio and my own core, Physio showed me a few more stretches to help with my back and said it is already getting better, he also said that my calves are exceptionally tight and need work on as well, he gave me a soft tissue massage on my back and told me to go away and train for about three weeks and do the stretches he has told me and Lizzy will see how it is after that as he is busy. All in all a good session with lots of pain ;)

1 Hour close to flat out cycling, bike is set up on a wheel so therefore I do not do any distance, need to start using Heart Rate Monitor so I can see my heart rate throughout the session and ensure that it stay at a constant rate! The make sure i am keeping at a high pace!

Did a few situp and stretchs for the back injury, not to much tbh, need to start training properly again!

Was walking from town to college after having to get the bus :( was pissing it down so i thought i would speed walk to get there asap and get dry :P wouldnt normally put this in but i walked rather fast ;)
