Was a very nice route but i wasnt eeling very fit, was also very wierd because it was a chasing start which i have not seen before at a fell race!

I started well and attacked the road up to the fell, but when i got to the fell my legs seemed to just die and go all weak for the rest of the race i had no puch in my legs and i found it really hard.

I am lacking the energy and will power to keep going at the moment and i know that is not like me at all, i need this sorting quickly!

Did some stretches at the event for about ten minutes before i ran to try help my back and calves, back was fine legs and calves were not, did an extra 5 mins when i got home to ensure i didnt get tight in the morning.

Up and about round the yard again i am feeling a little tired tbh haha this 7 days a week excercise i am trying to do is not going to help me much tbh!

Nice little short run at i higher pace to see how much fitness i have lost, i havent lost to much but could tell that i was lacking the will power to keep going at times. It works out at about 5.70 km which isnt to bad.

To work and back home yet again. Still feeling a little better but cough has become worse and for some unknown reason i am getting pains in my lower left chest when i take deep breathes.

To work and back again. Am starting to feel better again altough i did have another noce bleed last night which made for less sleep than usual! :(

I plan on doing the same hills session as last week as I have forgot to sort out a run wit Will and Angus on the dunes :/ about 1hr.

When back from that I want to do some Situps and press up and Back exercises, if i have time.

Thi is only a rough guess of what i did as i havent updated my garmin onto here yet! UPDATED

Did a short 1.87 Mile Warm Up Reasonably Flat. (13.08)

The 4 lots of Ampertheater (15m in height at about a 70 Degree Gradient)

They Took on average 0:43 Second to go up and 0:50 to come down.

Loop of Abotts Wood, about 13:00 mins for 1.4 Miles, and around 40 m of climb.

Another 5 lots of Ampertheater (15m in height at about a 70 Degree Gradient)

They Took on average 0:45 Second to go up and 1: 00 to come down.

Loop of Abotts Wood, about 11:30 mins for 1.4 Miles, and around 40 m of climb.

Then Warm down about 1.1 straight home this time, in about 8:05 minutes.

Cycling from home to work and am slowly getting annoyed at not feeling well i am slowly getting worse again, i am sat here roasting i feel horrible. Just cant seem to shift this!

Cycling Session outside on the turbo, i have got my heart rate etc. on my garmin ready to be put into this day! I felt pretty awful whilst doing this limbs and joints were hurting but i didnt stop and if i remember rightly my heart rate was much higher than normal :/ UPDATED
