Technically i had a good race apart from number 9 were i made a stupid mistake that cost me about 2 minutes, otherswise it was just a slow run because i had new shoes and the took all the skin off my feet in a matter of minutes so made running rather painful and not enjoyable.

What a confusing start, had to do a 360 to head in the right direction, didnt make to many mistake but went of a little to fast and died towards the end, i hope that will be evident from my splits because that is how it felt. Messed up two control by being on the wrong sides of walls and having to go round.

Felt good and went a lot faster than usual :) feeling good atm legs still a tiny weeny bit sore but much better :P

Normal core stability but not as much on the legs as i am still in a little discomfort.

Mainly stomach and a little bit of work on the arms but not much :)

Went on a new and interesting route not quite 9 mile when i got to my house so ran up and down the street like a fool.

Not an enjoyable run as for the first 3 mile my shins were hurting and i cba running tbh but the went away.

And for the whole thing i had a sore left calve, now i have stopped and not done much since i came in it is killing me feels almost like a pulled muscle. Am hoping it is just very tight, RICE.

Cycling to college and home, felt okay to ne honest but am having another rest day dont get much time on mondays and tuesdays as it is because of night schools.
