Awesome night lovely meal, great day at Alton Towers walked on almost all the rides longest queue was 5 mins for Rita. Did a lot of walking though can deffo feel it in my legs after driving home. Great Weekend.

First striders session

Ran from house to session 1/2 a mile then warmed up for 20 minutes to ensure muscles were ready to go.

Session was made up of 3 x2 miles of high tempo runs with a rest of around 400metres.

First 2 mile = 11:46 - 3:40min/km
Second 2 mile = 12:02 - 3:45min/km
Third 2 mile = 12:04 - 3:46min/km

Then ran home another 1/2 mile. Good session need to do more like this.

Made run with two large mistakes on 8 and 9 few hesitations ealse where easily losing 5 mins overal. Could have been a 37 mins race for me maybe under 35 for someone better.

Bad nights sleep will do a little core today as i am a tad bit stiff. But only a little bit.

What an awful nights sleep lol and i have now decided i am going to specialise next year and only concentrate on sprints and middle distance. I will no longer be running longs and will only race longs too make up my time for such things as the JK.

My neck caused problems all weekend and was very painful in my second sprint race and the middle.
