Slow to get going to today but once out the door everything felt a lot better. Ran the usual route to the Graig and back over Mynydd Rudry. Clear skies and warm sunshine with frost on the ground and a cold wind. Legs feeling good.

Cycled out over Caerphilly mountain to Mike's then out along the flats and back over Pen-y-lan. Nice bit of sunshine, much warmer than it has been. Great to catch up with Mike again!

Easy ride to work. Cold, frosty but dry and not icy. Absolutely fantastic morning. Sun just coming up as I got to work.

Easy ride home. Went back the way I came today, temperatures didn't much above freezing so still frosty. Another beautiful evening, just catching the last rays of sun before it went behind the horizon.
