Running 1:10:00 [2] 6.62 mi (10:34 / mi) +380m 8:58 / mi

Was hoping to get out on my bike today, but the weather had other ideas. Went for a nice run with Caz. Up to the quarry, down to golf course, over Graig road, up Mynydd Rudry and home. Quite damp.

Foel Benddin - Y Gribin - Glasgwm - Aran Fawddwy - GG - YG - FB

Ok, so not quite resting today. Having gone out yesterday and seen how awesomely clear and warm the weather was I just had to take the opportunity to get out to the mountains!

Absolutely awesome day, little bit of wind on the plateau but not much really. Really miss outings like this. Super tough initial climb out of Dinas Mawddwy then a mixture of dryish bog and nice short grass. Dried up well on the climb up Aran. then back the way I came. Had a little paddle in the lake on top of Glasgwm and bit of a soak in the river in the village at the end. 22C in October! Could have done with a bit more water!
