Slow run to Caz's house via Caerphilly mountain. Trying out a fully loaded pack before next week. Felt like hard work again! Glorious morning.

Modified stair loop (skipped out Caerphilly mountain), with 10x50 m reps. Felt like I should try and do a bit of vert before next weekend. Felt like hard work! First time on the stairs for nearly a year!

Easy run home with Caz for part of it. Came back over Mynydd y Grug. Quite busy along Pandy lane, a few close calls with the cars. Felt good on the climb. Rain just about held off until Bedwas when it absolutely chucked it down!
