Easy run up through Penyrheol to the top of the common, then found the path across to Abertridwr. Brings you out on a very nice lane with a pretty big waterfall on it! Then picked up the end of Gypsy lane and followed it back to Caerphilly. St Martin's road and home. Snow started just coming up the hill, pretty heavy for the rest of the time. Felt tired to start but found my stride once I'd warmed up a bit.

Easy run up through the woods to the quarry, then across to Graig road, down for a bit then back through the woods. Pretty wild sort of day, windy and wet. Not too bad once in the woods. Tired.
