Roller session. Weather poor all day, managed to find a bit of a drier spell to set the rollers up outside. Been a while, but could still manage it! Did 4 min easy 1 min hard (10x 1 min). Needs must.

Set off for a run, but before I got to the end of the street my groin started hurting. Really didn't want to aggravate it further, very frustrating.
