Full team of subs, too many. Still very fatigued, should probably start running. Same as last week, I scored 1 goal and 1 assist for a 2-2 draw again!

Been sitting on my ass post-Fat Dog, race was 2 months ago tomorrow. Ran once a few weeks ago and played 2 soccer games. Game on Friday made me feel reeeeeeal out shape, as did today's run. The layoff did me good mentally, I'm fired up to get back to it, not just running but hitting the weights as well. Weight training was the missing ingredient for the last couple years. going to make it a priority over the winter.
