Note

Knee has gradually (VERY) been getting there, so trying to get back into things slowly. For now trying to give it at least 2days between runs and then try keep runs very relaxed. Also trying to be better about stretching +doing bio stuff half regularly. So far so good.

Planned on doing hiddingh ascension, but started in the wrong gully by mistake and decided to carry on exploring that instead of turning back. So up what I think was ascension gully, up grassy ravine (with 1 or 2 slightly sketchy moves, but not too bad) and then traversed across to the top of Els buttress (some rather kak veg sections) and then down there onto n.ravine and back fairly direct down to the parking.

Run up to contour and then down from n.ravine (so probably 5km or so) and hike/scramble/bundubash the rest.

Lakeside with Angus. Been a while.. Rather weak :/

17L,(19L),18L,(17L). Arms were completely gone by the 4th climb, so had a couple nice falls :P

Blockhouse+ a bit with Jono and Angus

From r.mem lower parking, oak tree+snakebite up to contour, then to blockhouse and up to the nice cliffy corner. Long break there before heading back down via the jeep tracks+uct.
