shoes: Sense pro 3 (blue+orange)

Up to Matroosberg peak with Roark for sunrise. Rather blustery and cold up there, but also some really cool views. Back down+ more carrying of snow mats/skis/petrol etc up rather steep slopes. Then back down to the car again.

Up at the ski club hut on Matroosberg getting some "new" gear for the msc (I.e all the stuff they were chucking that was still usable) and also helping out with their work meet.

Chilled hike up to the hut with a swim at the waterfalls, then some exploring of some smaller peaks around there, with some slightly dodgy old snow (rather icy) traversing, a bunch of ferrying of petrol, skis etc up and down and then a mission up to another peak with Gus and Roark for sunset.

At the mine (because everything else was probably wetter) with Angus
Did the 15 to get some confidence and then got wrecked on a 19. Pretty chilled until the last move which was super wet+slippery and just couldn't get it.

Super keen to come back when I'm a bit stronger (and the rock is a bit drier)

Slangkop run with Jono and Gus.

Not running that much, so might as well try run in cool (and new) places. From town, up onto the hill, along towards misty cliffs and down to witsands, then back along the coast through soetwater. Really stunning evening!!
