Fisherman's trail challenge.

Such a fun route! One directional from hout Bay harbour to fishhoek yacht club. Super cruisy, flowy trails and really pretty!

In a big 2nd pack along the beach with 4 off the front. Robbie joined them soon after. Steady up the climb in 8th with Kelton and Lucas just ahead and mark+Matt behind. Passed Lucas just after the top and caught Kelton+caught by matt soon after. 3 of us together down the jeep chatting away. Missed the turn to the dam (bit irritating - very small markers and sun in our faces). So we ended up running an extra 1km or so, losing 4/5 places. We gradually reeled all but one in by the top of the 2nd climb and I started pulling away a bit as well. Super cruisy down the mule path and then managed to catch Matt on the last little bump. Decided to just cruise in with him to the end. Feeling comfortable still but didn't see any point in breaking myself. Tie 6th

Llew and Robbie had a sprint finish along the beach for the win (Llew by 2secs) Running about 1:54ish, then Kyle 5min back, jarryd another 2, Jono 4 more. Could've been an interesting last bit for Jono without the wrong turn ;)

Really nice to feel like I can run a bit faster! Long way off the likes of Llew, Robs, Kane etc at the moment, but hopefully a couple months of actual training and I'll be up there :)

Ankle still a little fragile. But getting very close :D

Also, shoes were a lot of fun to race in!!

At silvermine main crag with Misha. Managed to forget my shoes, so was a bit useless.. A couple really nice long routes though!

Led the 16, back climbed the 18

Tuesday trails. Had fun taking all the nice smaller newlands paths. Up rock garden, woodcutters, cycle-Jack's single, old buildings, bit of lower Jack's/fence line to finish
