Out and back. Through the fields to the canal, and then along for a little bit. I have a feeling I'll be seeing a lot of the canal if I can keep the training going over the next few months - flat, not quite as high impact as the road, and plenty of distance that can be covered.
Purposefully took this one fairly easy, although being on my feet running for nearly 50 minutes is still a bit of a shock to the system.
