Gutted.

Pootling round the loop past the Farm Shop, all felt much better than the last few days. Coming back out of Harborough calf tightened a bit, but nothing major and then while jogging back into the village all of a sudden a really sharp pain and had to walk/hobble home.

Will be very frustrating if it means no running for a while, as building this up felt important for me at the moment (admittedly a tiny thing in the grand scheme of everything right now).
