running race (Coastal Classic) 3:57:30 [4] 30.12 km (7:53 / km) +990m 6:46 / km
ahr:158 max:171

took the first 10k pretty fast (too fast) but was enjoying the downhill and single trails
took it easier from then, walked when i needed (most hills)
cramp at 7km to go and a fall at 3.5k on the sand with a nice calf cramp on the ground, took me a minute to get going again.

it got pretty hoe towards the end and tried to push it in the last 2 k .. finished and totally exhausted

got my hoodie for completing the triple challenge ..

signed up for UTA100 .. I am pretty sure i could manage the 50, but the 100 would be a different story, will find out next year!!
